I thought we would start this first blog with a star for the future!

This is my daughter Ashlyn she is 11 years old. She has been shooting archery for almost four years, she started with a $10 “recurve” bow from Cabelas as a Christmas present in 2015.
Six weeks later we had to buy her a Mission Menace II, she now shoots a Mathews Avail.
She currently holds 6 SC State records, is a two time SC Shooter of the year and has been the SC State 3D champion for the last 3 years. This year she competed in 5 of the 6 ASA tournaments and won two 1st palce, two 2nd place, and one 3rd place, in addition to finishing 2nd for ASA Shooter of the Year. She also won the SC ASA Federation State 3D Championship.

Her goal is to shoot professionally in the ASA, and become a archery coach.
She currently is on staff with Saluda River Archery, Working Class Hunter (tv show) SublimeWear USA, Shrewd Archery, Dead Center Archery, TruBall/Axcel, LP Archery Products, Black Eagle Arrows, Bohning Archery, and WalkOn targets.
Her archery tip is “Hard Work Beats Talent When Talent Doesn’t Work Hard.”
